I'm Back!
I'm back after a small hiatus. I didn't really have anything exciting to share over the past two days. They were mostly spent waiting for a package to arrive and then stressing when it didn't arrive. The package contained 12 prints of my recent work which will be displayed at Gros Morne Inn starting on Saturday.
Once I got word that the package had arrived (1 day late), I was able to relax a bit. There is actually a lot going on this coming weekend. Saturday, I will be leading a workshop and Sunday is the official opening of my little exhibition at the Inn. So I've been doing a lot of preparatory work for those events. Not terribly bloggable.
What IS worthy of note is that Bonne Bay is still here and is still a huge, energetic presence. The whole day I spent waiting for the package which did not arrive, I was in the dining room at the Gros Morne Inn. This is the view from that room:
This afternoon, I made it to the beach where I have spent so much time over the past two years. It felt like coming home. Here are a few pics I took on my adventures, today:
So glad the prints arrived. The weather seems to like you because it certainly has been beautiful and the perfect setting for your art. You have a busy weekend coming up . Hope all goes well .
