A Bit of Delight for the Eyes

Today was another indoor day. I've been working on improving my photography of the teeny tiny. It's getting better, but I think there are limits to what my camera can do. Imagine that!

Since I doubt that people want to see a whole bunch of photos of bryozoans, I thought I'd take this opportunity to share a bit of my gorgeous surroundings. Enjoy!

I love the colours, here. The Marine Station, where I am staying and playing, is the green building at the bottom of the hill.

Speaking of shags, that's a local term for cormorants.  And my in-depth Google research tells me that Shag Cliff is named after shags. Yesterday, I saw a large group of cormorants on the water near Shag Cliff. I took a photo with my phone but it wasn't great. Here it is, anyway:
